From Prompts to AI Agents: Project Planning Live Demo with Businessmap

Ivo does two things that are usually kept separate, and he does them together. For more than 20 years he has worked as a program manager and accredited agile coach, advising over 45 organisations, from international banks and multinationals to UNDP and government bodies, on how to manage transformation, measure outcomes, and build teams that deliver. He remains active in management consultancy and agile coaching today.

Alongside that work, he has developed a parallel practice as an AI practitioner, not as a technologist, but as someone who brings AI into the same operational context he has always worked in. Educated and certified in both generative AI and agile disciplines, he designs AI-powered workflows for program and project environments, and teaches others to do the same.

That combination shapes his role on two EU-funded research initiatives: GenAISA, where he authored the Prompt Engineering course, and PANORAIMA, which is shaping Europe's first pan-European Master's in Human-Centred AI. He is also a lecturer at an international MBA program in Sofia University and has trained over 2,700 professionals from more than 280 organisations.

The course he will introduce, and the demo he will run, are built on one conviction: the people best placed to use AI well are not developers. They are the people who already know what outcome they need.
